Alberto Oviedo is a photographer/director creating lived-in worlds shaped by cinematic depth, emotional connection, and a strong commercial point of view.

My story began before I did. My grandparents and mother were born in Cuba before migrating to Colombia, where I grew up. I inherited my attention to detail from my grandfather, but it was my mother who gave me my first camera—and everything changed. While studying advertising, I discovered photography's ability to connect brands with people through emotion and story. I picked up my grandfather's Olympus camera, moved to the United States, and never looked back. Today, I work as a commercial photographer and director, collaborating with agencies and brands to create lived-in worlds where strategy, emotion, and lasting connection come together.
