For her latest album, Kendrick and David photographed her at a lake in Georgia—an intimate, soulful setting shaped in part by David’s parents, with his mother assisting on set and his father scouting the location. The resulting images are ethereal and emotionally resonant—one of which was selected for American Photography 41.
