SANDRO EXHIBIT AT TORCH GALLERY

Sandro’s decades-long collaboration with John Malkovich has yielded some of the most powerful work of his career. In the face of a cancer diagnosis, Sandro returned to their creative partnership to honor the photographers who shaped his life and vision—recreating their iconic images with Malkovich as his subject.
That body of work is now on view at Torch Gallery in Amsterdam. As curator Anne Morin writes:
“To pay homage is to bow to those who, at a certain point in one's life, have played a fundamental role in the development of a life, of a career. Faced with a situation that seemed to have no way back, Sandro Miller decided to pay tribute one last time to the great photographers who have marked out his professional career.”
