BRAYLEN DION CAPTURES A LEGACY OF CARE FOR NDWA

Since 2007, the National Domestic Worker Alliance has fought for the rights, dignity and economic security of care workers. For their new portrait series, Legacy of Care, Braylen Dion captured poignant, stunning portraits that showcase the legacy of Black domestic workers in the United States. Each portrait tells an intergenerational story of domestic workers and their descendants, highlighting the inherent power and resilience of those who come from a lineage of caring for others.
