BRIAN LOWE AND THE VENICE BEACH BASKETBALL COURTS

The Venice Beach basketball courts are legendary. Professional NBA players frequent the courts. They have been featured in movies and are home to their own league of streetballers. In 2028, the courts will host a 3-on-3 basketball tournament as part of the Summer Olympics hosted by Los Angeles. Wildsam, publisher of stories about some of America's most iconic destinations, commissioned Brian Lowe to capture the everyday scene at the courts. Brian showed up with a camera, introduced himself to the locals and immersed himself in the environment.
