BRIAN LOWE AND THE ART OF CAPTURING ATHLETES

Amazing visual storytelling demands that the author (the director/photographer) be wholly present. This is especially vital when shooting athletes in motion. Brian Lowe has an innate abillity to anticipate action and subtle nuances (in expression and light). He lives in the moment with his subjects. This allows him to infuse his work with passion and power. It's a bit of magic and a lot of experience. And, he loves what he does. He recently captured singer/songwriter Samiere in an incredible duet with a basketball. He shot her in front of a concrete wall to keep the focus on his beautiful subject.
