Beth Galton's series Cut Food is getting a lot of attention. Now on display at ATL's airport, the project is also currently being featured by APE. Using her signature approach that presents food in contemporary and always scrumptous ways, Beth disected food items to reveal their inner essence. Visually, these stunning images display the unique textures, colors and composition of these graphically compelling, familar foods. We'll take one of each! It's almost lunchtime.
