C41 MAGAZINE FEATURES KENNEDI CARTER

C41 Magazine focuses on art, culture and contemporary issues. The engaging and sometimes controversial periodical has just published a beautiful interview with Kennedi Carter. Entitled Embodying Blackness: Around Sexuality, Intimacy and Nudity, the article and interview explore Kennedi's complex relationship with capturing Black bodies (and is flanked by new and classic work by Kennedi). Both the interview and the breathtaking images offer an intimate glance into Kennedi's work and her life experience, and reveal how the two are intertwined.
