The new issue of Wired includes a feature on the extraordinary measures American Conservation Experience employs to combact the war waged by invasive plant species. Entitled The Secret Life of Plant Killers, the story follows the crews on the front line who toil in the hot sun in Appalachia seeking to destroy plants that damage fragile ecosystems.
