DAVID WALTER BANKS AWARDED PROJECT LAUNCH GRANT FROM CENTER

David Walter Banks has been awarded a generous grant from CENTER. The grant is given to one photographer each year in support of a documentaty or fine art project. With this grant, David's beautiful and meaningful project, Practice Resurrection, can meet its potential. The project calls attention to our failing food supply system. To quote David: Our system has failed us, but there is another way. One of resurrection. Resurrection of our soil and the biodiversity of our lands. Resurrection of our communities, our connection to the land, and our physical well-being. A way that nourishes our bodies while saving our earth, and leaves no one behind. This project is a celebration of those who share that vision and dare to act on it.
