BRINSON + BANKS PHOTOGRAPH TERMARR JOHNSON FOR THE NEW YORK TIMES

He might now sound familiar to you, but Termarr Johnson is perhaps the best baseball shortstop prospect in the United States today. He's goal is to play for Major League Baseball. Recognizing the need to diversify in order to appeal to a broader audience, the MLB has made it their mission to recruit more African American ball players. Their next recruit may be Termarr Johnson. Brinson+ Banks went to the batting range with Termarr and photographed him for the NYT.
