SANDRO'S NEWEST PERSONAL PROJECT BEGINS A SCAR

Sandro's newest personal project, Begins A Scar, was born out of a collaboration. Chicago's Edelman gallery produced an exhibit entitled Photography & _____. The exhibit paired together photographers and artists of other disciplines and asked them to collaborate on a cohesive work. Sandro was paired with poet Patricia Smith. His brilliant, brutally honest portraits combined with Patricia's bold poem (below) have brought life to a timely, brave work that should not be ignored. Congratualtion to Sandro and Patricia!
